You must register everyone who will be working in your booth (3 complimentary exhibitor staff passes allowed per 100 sq ft of booth space) and/or those who are to be issued complimentary full conference passes (1 allowed per 100 sq ft of booth space). If you are not sure of the number of booth and/or conference passes you are eligible for, please contact Michael Lawrence at 617-964-3923 ext 217 or Michael@medrecinst.com in our sales department.

Additional booth staff passes may be purchased at the following rates:
3 day exhibit booth pass = $150 (after May 2 = $175)
1 day exhibit booth pass = $50 (after May 2 = $75)

**Deadline for Pre-Registration is May 2, 2008. Each registration received after May 2 will be charged an administrative fee of $25.**

Your badges will be available for pick up on-site when you check in at the registration area. You must check in to receive your badge as security will not allow entry to exhibit hall without one.

NOTE: A government-issued ID is required for entrance into the Convention Center.
